The Open Space is an educational, personal, and professional playground that focuses on unleashing body wisdom through eco-somatics, embodiment, somatic awareness, movement, and creativity.

Movement and somatic practice classes — the living body — provide ways to connect the mind and body with intention and develop embodied awareness.

Somatic practices and conscious movement aid in:

  • relaxation (regulating the nervous system), releasing tension, and increasing presence in the body.

  • Coming into the physical (soma) body through sensation, breath, experiential anatomy, and imagery.

  • Engaging in noticing habitual movement and patterns to allow for new patterns and movement to emerge.

  • Developing a whole-body connection to increase emotional and kinesthetic intelligence to become more mindful, balanced, and self-aware.

  • Developing trust in your body’s wisdom to become more conscious, creative, intuitive, joyful, and confident.
